Sponsor Team Planning Session #2

Alpine residents are invited to the second planning session for the 2006 “Vitalize Alpine Conference” Mark your calendars if you have a desire to be one of the event sponsors. We already have 7 Sponsor Team members to help produce the event and have room for another 5 or 6.

WHEN: February 1, 2006 at 6:00 PM
WHERE: Sterling Insights, 1646 Peutz Valley Road.
WHAT: At this planning meeting we will:

  • finalize the event design
  • edit the 2006 version of the “Community Group Leader Packet”. The 2005 verson is available here.
  • set up the outreach process to contact community groups and businesses

    • About the 2006 “Vitalize Alpine” conference:
    This year’s event will

  • Celebrate our revitalization progress to date
  • Refine the 2005 vision for Alpine and projects to realize it
  • Enhance all vision elements, especially those related to the robustness and resiliency of Alpine’s economy and businesses, and businesses’ role creating a healthy regional environment and social scene

    • We are working to line up speakers on SD/TJ regional economic conditions, sustainable economic development, and Alpine’s economic profile. If you have a referral to any experts on these topics these please let us know.
